Refund Process for Cancelled Flights
If your flight has been cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
Airline-Initiated Cancellations
- You will receive an email/SMS notification with rebooking options.
- If the alternative flight does not suit you, select "Request Refund" in the email or your account portal.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Passenger-Initiated Cancellations
- Fully Refundable Tickets: Cancel any time for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: You may receive a travel credit valid for 12 months.
- 24-Hour Rule: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund regardless of fare type.
How to Submit a Refund Request
- Log in to your account and go to "My Trips".
- Select the booking and click "Cancel & Refund".
- Confirm your refund preference (original payment or travel credit).
For group bookings or refunds over $500, please contact our customer support team directly.
