What to Do When You Miss Your Flight
Missing a flight can be stressful, but here is how to get back on track quickly.
Act Immediately
Go directly to the airline's service desk or call our 24/7 customer support line. The sooner you contact us, the better your options.
Airline-Fault Misconnections
If you missed your flight due to a delay we caused (e.g., late inbound aircraft, slow boarding), we will:
- Rebook you on the next available flight at no charge.
- Provide meal vouchers if the wait exceeds 2 hours.
- Arrange hotel accommodation if an overnight stay is required.
Passenger-Fault Misses
If you missed the flight due to traffic, late arrival, or other personal reasons:
- Flexible/Full Fare tickets: Rebooking fee waived. You pay the fare difference if any.
- Standard tickets: Rebooking fee applies plus any fare difference.
- Basic Economy: Non-refundable, non-changeable. A new ticket may need to be purchased.
Missed Connecting Flights
If both flights are on a single booking, we will automatically rebook you. If they are separate bookings, each airline handles its own rebooking.
