We are committed to making air travel accessible for all passengers.
Requesting Assistance
Notify us of your needs at least 48 hours before departure — either during booking or by contacting customer support. Walk-in requests are accommodated where possible but cannot always be guaranteed.
Wheelchair and Mobility Aid Services
- Wheelchair assistance from curb to seat and seat to curb is provided free of charge.
- Manual wheelchairs are accepted as checked baggage at no extra cost.
- Electric wheelchairs require advance notice due to battery regulations.
Visual and Hearing Impairments
- Guide dogs and assistance animals travel free in the cabin.
- Safety briefings are available in Braille and large print.
- Passengers with hearing impairments can request visual notifications.
Medical Equipment
- Portable oxygen concentrators (FAA-approved) are permitted on board.
- Passengers travelling with medical equipment must carry a doctor's certificate.
Priority Boarding
Passengers requiring assistance are always offered priority boarding.
