You can easily view and modify your booking through our website or app.

Accessing Your Booking

1. Visit our website and click "Manage Booking".
2. Enter your booking reference number and last name.
3. Or log in to your account to see all your trips in one place.

What You Can Do Online

• Change your flight date or route (subject to fare conditions and availability)
• Select or change your seat
• Add checked baggage
• Request special meals
• Add travel extras (lounge access, fast track security, car hire)
• Update passenger contact details
• Download your e-ticket or itinerary

Making Changes

Change fees depend on your fare type. Flexible and Business fares allow free changes. Basic Economy fares do not permit changes after 24 hours of booking.
