Earning Miles

• Flights: Earn miles based on distance flown and fare class. Business and First Class earn 200% of base miles.
• Partners: Earn miles with hotels, car rentals, credit cards, and retail partners.
• Promotions: Look out for double-miles offers during promotional periods.

Redeeming Miles

• Award Flights: Redeem miles for free or discounted flights (availability varies).
• Upgrades: Use miles to upgrade from Economy to Business or First Class.
• Shopping & Hotels: Redeem miles with partner retailers and hotel chains.

Miles Expiry

Miles expire after 36 months of account inactivity. Make at least one qualifying transaction per 36 months to keep your miles active.

Elite Status Tiers

• Silver: 25,000 miles/year — priority check-in, bonus miles
• Gold: 50,000 miles/year — lounge access, extra baggage
• Platinum: 100,000 miles/year — guaranteed upgrades, dedicated phone line
