How to Select a Seat

1. During booking, choose your seat from the interactive seat map.
2. After booking, go to "Manage My Booking" and select "Choose Seat".
3. At online check-in (24 hours before departure), seat selection is available for free where possible.

Seat Categories

• Standard Seats: Included in most fare types.
• Extra Legroom Seats: Additional space near emergency exits or bulkhead rows. Available for a fee.
• Preferred Seats: Closer to the front for quicker boarding and deplaning.

Upgrading to Business or First Class

• Bid Upgrade: Place a bid for an upgrade 7 days before departure through our app.
• Points Upgrade: Use frequent flyer miles to upgrade your seat.
• Last-Minute Upgrade: Ask at the gate on the day of travel for available upgrades.
